4-23-12 Blocked shawl ( just in time for my birthday tomorrow!:) )
I knitted an extra Butterflies section and an extra Ridged Eyelet section using thetanull’s instructions with the following corrections;
Row 71: K3, YO, K3, (YO, SL1, K1, PSSO, K1, K2TOG, YO, K2) 24 times, K2, YO, K3 - 181 stitches
Row 73: K3, YO, K4, (K1, YO, SL1, K2TOG, PSSO, YO, K3) 24 times, K3, YO, K3 - 183 stitches
Row 89: K3, YO, K8, (M1, K15) 2 times, (M1, K16) 9 times, (M1, K15) 2 times, M1, K7, YO K3; 241 stitches
Also I only knit the original 16 rows of the Knotted Openwork section ending with 264 stitches on the needles. When I got to the Ruffle Edge section I K1, KFB across the row ending with a total of 396 stitches just like the original pattern.
The shawlette looked really small but with blocking it grew to quite a nice size. Love it!!! :)
