Notes: I made this hat to match the Baby-Socks. 

Cast on 90 stitches. 

Work 8 rows of twisted rib instead of rolled brim. 

Work 28 rows of stockinette. 

Begin decreases. 

Instead of working i-cord close top of hat by running yarn through last 3 stitches.
